Rules of the Competition: This competition is open to any U.S. citizen over the age of 18. Work will only be done in commercial, institutional and industrial properties. The closing date is September 30th. The entry that is closest to the correct snowfall amount will win. In the case of a tie the winner of the first tiebreaker will be awarded the prize. If after the first tie breaker there is still a tie the winner of the second tiebreaker will be awarded the prize. If a tie still exists after the second tiebreaker the prize will be awarded to the tied entry that was sent in earliest by date and time. The winner will pick one of the four listed prizes.
